    作为培养青年干部和跨世纪复合型人才的重要基地，建校45年来，
学校一直十分重视党的建设和思想政治工作。尤其是1987年建院以后，
院党委坚持不懈地抓好党的组织建设、思想建设和作风建设，在职工
和学生中开展强有力的思想政治工作，改善了师生员工的思想政治面
貌，建立了一支党性强、觉悟高的教职工队伍，促进了学院各项工作
的开展。
