    体长40～65毫米，体形较短，步足细长。额角约与头胸甲等长，上缘基部平直，
末端细。头胸甲触角刺及鳃甲刺均伸出前缘之外，前侧角圆形无刺。体透明，微带
淡黄色，具棕红色斑纹，卵为棕绿色，生活于泥沙底质浅海，河口附近亦有。繁殖
季节在4～5月，7月份量最多。黄河口和莱州湾资源丰富， 石岛至龙须岛近海也较
多，其他沿海为常见种，数量不大。多在定置网具中捕获。
