    张秉彝(1884—? )  历城县人。早年毕业于北京筹边高等学校。1916年任热河
垦务局总办。1922年任北京政府外交部特派热河交涉员兼商埠局局长。1927年后任
热河省政府实业厅厅长、民政厅厅长。1946年任国民党整编六十九师参谋长。
