    朱宝承(1902—1948)  字振玺。济南市人。中国共产党党员。1937年他离家外
出，寻找抗日救国的道路。先在武汉参加了国民党军队，后于1938年秋毅然参加了
八路军。历任军分区参谋、参谋主任，一一五师教导六旅十七团一营副营长，齐济
县、济阳县大队副大队长，渤海纵队十八团团长等职。曾率领部队参加大小战斗数
百次，身先士卒，战功卓著。1948年，参加淮海战役。战役最后阶段，在永城王家
花园一带阻击企图突围之敌。12月24日，敌军在飞机、大炮掩护下，向十八团阵地
反扑。他指挥部队向敌军发起反击，在鏖战中牺牲。
