    秦培伦 (1932—1947)  乳名秦三。平阴县人。抗日小英雄。幼年时受其父(村
公所炊事员，实为中共地下交通员) 的影响和指点，经常给地下党组织送信。区领
导认为他机智勇敢，又不易引起敌人的注意，就正式让他担任平阿山区的地下通讯
员。 他在六七年的时间内为革命传递了许多重要信件和情报。1947年8月，地主、
还乡团反攻倒算，带领敌军逮捕了他。凶残的敌人割掉了他的双耳、鼻子，将他残
忍地杀害。年仅15岁。
