    傅怀伦(1916—1945)  济阳县人。1938年加入中国共产党。同年赴乐陵军政干
校学习，结业后参加中共济阳县工作委员会(东路)的筹建工作。1940年后历任德县
八区区长、平禹县八区区长、济阳县七区区长、三边县政府民政科科长。1944年12
月29日晚，他同区队宿营在今三教乡高家村时，突遭伪军包围。突围中，为掩护通
讯员身负重伤，不幸被捕。1945年1月5日，在今商河县钱铺乡堤口村被杀害。
