    周宪章(1900—1942)  又名周焕文。济南市泺口人。早期曾在广东省海船上做
工，参加过海员工会。后来到淄川洪山镇二马路开设照像馆。王尽美、邓恩铭、王
用章等人来淄博开展工作时，都在他这里落脚。他的照像馆成了党开展工作的秘密
联络点。 1922年6月他参加了山东“矿业工会淄博部发起会”，被选为大会临时交
际员。 1 923年2月加入中国共产党。1929年1月，淄川地区党组织遭到严重破坏。
他遂向国民党自首。1942年夏，因车祸死亡。
