    夏谷冰(1915—1940)  平阴人。中共党员。1938年“抗大”毕业后，被分配到
八路军驻西安办事处做统战工作。同年夏到山东临沂，任农民抗日自卫团政治部主
任。10月调八路军山东纵队第四支队二团。1939年调任八路军山东纵队第二支队日
照独立营政委。1940年遭国民党反动派逮捕牺牲。
