　　农村油坊亦多为副业，往往秋后开工，春耕大忙前收摊。以黄豆、花生、棉籽
榨油各有方法。榨油所余之渣因其形圆，统称之为饼，豆饼、花生饼、棉籽饼皆是
上好肥料与上好饲料。许多著名果品如烟台苹果、莱阳梨，欲其品味绝佳，非以豆
饼为肥料不可。
