　　山东是一个多民族杂居的省份，计有汉、回、满、蒙、藏、朝鲜、壮、土家、
高山、纳西、维吾尔、白、黎、彝、苗、俄罗斯、侗、锡伯、布依、瑶、傣等39个
民族。少数民族中，回民人数最多，居住于全省各地。满族次之，集中地在青州市
北城村，保持着满族的风俗习惯，语言音韵也有明显区别，被称为“满洲腔”。
