    为提高地震队伍的科技水平，推进地震科学技术现代化，适应地震监测、
预报、科研和科技管理等不同层次对人才的需要，１９７３～１９８７年省地
震局先后推荐、选送６８人到高等院校、电大、夜大、函大等深造，毕业后有
两人提升为副处级，４人提为科级，５人晋升为中级职称，２０人定为初级职
称，３人考取研究生。１９７７～１９８６年通过选送和考试，先后有２１人
考入国家地震局地震学校深造。
