　　山东省伊斯兰教教职人员，建国前有掌教和阿訇；现统称阿訇，包括开学阿訇
和散班阿訇。清真寺主持教务的开学阿訇，又称教长。阿訇是波斯语音译，旧译阿
衡、阿洪、阿轰等，原意为伊斯兰教学者、宗教家和教师。凡是在清真寺内学习多
年而经学水平、道德操守合格的海里凡，经举行挂幛或穿衣仪式毕业后，即可受聘
到清真寺担任开学阿訇，主持教务和教授海里凡。1990年山东省各地清真寺阿訇、
海里凡约1500人。
