　　1950年11月30日，四川省广元县以神甫王良佐为首的500多名教徒，联名发表
《广元天主教自立革新运动宣言》，倡议“基于爱祖国、爱人民的立场上，坚决与
帝国主义割断各方面的关系”，“自力更生，建立自治、自养、自传的新教会”。
山东省天主教界爱国人士积极响应。
　　1950年底，山东省各教区陆续成立了“三自革新小组”，1951年改称“天主教
革新委员会”。
　　1951年1月，青岛教区天主教革新委员会成立，主任刘殿俊；4月，济南教区天
主教革新委员会成立，主任董文隆。
