    建国后，山东省少数民族各项事业在与全省社会各项事业同步发展过程中，其
经济、教育、文化、体育、医疗卫生、计划生育等方面政策倾斜较显著。1990年《
山东省民族工作条例》第四、五章各条款的规定，从法律上保障了有关优惠政策的
贯彻实行，使少数民族经济、文化、教育、卫生事业繁荣进步。
