        〖图书补助费〗＝〖书报费〗
    1984年6月，省人民政府规定：凡在职的科技、文教、卫生、党政机关等行政事
业单位中大专院校毕业或取得中级以上学术和技术职称，基本工资在100元以下，工
作满18年的知识分子，每人每年发给40元图书补助费。同年11月，扩大到行政事业单
位的工作人员，凡符合1984年6月省人民政府规定的人员(含基本工资在100元以上的
)，其图书补助费改按每人每月5元发给，其他在职工作人员每人每月发给4元。
