        〖工资水平〗
    在旧中国，山东工人的工资水平历来很低。1919年以日计资的各业工人工资普遍
低于全国水平的4％至10％以上，这种状况以后一直没有改变。新中国成立后，在发
展生产、提高劳动生产率的基础上，经过多次工资制度改革和调整工资以及建立津贴
、实行奖励等，职工工资收入不断增加，生活也逐步得到改善。
