    在国务院统一部署下，继1981年对中、小学教职工和医疗卫生人员普调工资和1
982年对国家机关和事业单位工作人员普调工资以后，1983年至1984年，对全省企业
单位职工又普调了一次工资。
    这次企业调整工资的一个显著特点是，调整工资同企业的经济效益挂钩，同职工
的劳动成果挂钩；职工调资升级的资金来源由国家分配增资指标和企业自有资金两头
分担；采取考核浮动升级，实行调改结合，把调整工资和改革工资制度结合起来。
