        〖中级〗〖技术工人〗〖培训〗
    1984年，在完成职工技术补课的单位进行中级技术工人培训试点，济南、青岛、
潍坊和山东省机械厅、商业厅、冶金总公司等部门开始中级技术培训工作。1985年，
省劳动局下发《关于开展工人中级技术(业务)培训的意见》，规定未经过中级技术
(业务)培训考核合格者，不得参加高级技术(业务)培训，升为高级工和技师。是年
底，全省参加中级技术(业务)培训的职工9万人，其中各级技工学校培训5000人。
