        〖技术补课〗〖职工〗
    1982年，按照劳动人事部、全国职工教育委员会《关于进一步搞好青壮年工人
技术补课工作的意见》，对1968年至1980年进入企事业单位，未经专业技术培训的
3级以下从事技术工种或在关键岗位上工作的青壮年工人，进行了技术补课。 1984
年，初级技术(业务)培训合格率达70％。至1985年底，全省初级技术补课合格者达
110万名。技术工种和关键岗位上的青壮年工人80％以上取得技术补课证书， 平均
提高了一个技术等级。
