　　人口普查，是对一个国家或一定地区内的全部人口进行调查以及资料整理和公
布调查数据的全过程。它是在一国政府主持下，在统一时间内，运用统一的调查方
法和调查项目，对标准时点上的全体人口状况所进行的全面调查。在新中国成立之
前，黑龙江地区的人口普查主要有1183年金国猛安谋克户口调查、1909年清末全国
人口清查、1912年（民国元年）全国户口调查、1928年全国人口普查以及1940年伪
满临时国势调查等等。
