　　随着计划生育事业的发展，山东省加强了与世界有关国际组织及友好国家的交
往。自1982年至1988年底，山东省共接待联合国人口基金、世界卫生组织和来自39
个国家的宾客23批，230余人；山东省计划生育委员会先后派出领导干部、科技人
员15人次，赴日本、美国、英国等19个国家和地区考察学习，加强了计划生育管理
工作和技术工作的交流，增进了与各国人民之间的友谊和了解。
