和大修理，合理使用出版社企业更新改造基金、生产发展基金、职工福利基金
和奖励基金，财务部门不断建立健全专用基金管理制度，在坚持“先提后用，
量入为出”的原则下，各单位一律按照国家规定的提取标准执行，不得违章行
事。由于专用基金使用得当，因此较好地解决了各出版单位的生产、生活问题
，同时，还抽出一部分补充了流动资金。
