    从新中国成立初期到１９５７年，省级书店主要是对省内各地、市、县新
华书店及其门市部办理发货，向省外发货很少。１９５７年７月，根据《新华
书店自办图书运输中转工作办法》规定，新华书店山东分店除本身发货外，还
担负了全省图书发运工作的管理、指导任务。
    发运方式有：铁路运输、公路运输、邮局寄发和用自己的汽车将图书直送
各收货店。１９７５年前后，只有发往章丘、长清、历城等店的图书，有时用
汽车直送。１９７８年以后，用汽车直送的单位逐步扩大到齐河、临邑、商河
、惠民、陵县、德州、肥城、泰安、宁阳、兖州、济宁、滕县、邹县、曲阜、
张店、周村等店。
