    以原北洋书社为基础组建。１９５６年１月开业于济南市西门大
街７号，经理鞠质夫（私方负责人），副经理刘永善（公方代表）。在西门月
城８号还设有门市部。２月，又于院西大街５９号设立古籍门市部，７月改为
独立的古籍书店。后西门大街门市部并入西门月城门市部。１９５９年１月迁
往天成路，改制为济南市天桥区新华书店。
