    成立于１９４９年１０月，经理室以下设编辑部、出
版部、发行部、审计室、调研室、秘书室，辖７个分店、２个直属支店、１２
４个支店，共有职工２０４６人。
    １９５１年１月１日，总分店机构改组为新华书店山东总分店、山东人民
出版社、山东新华印刷厂三个独立专业单位。从此，总分店由原来的编、印、
发三位一体，成为专营图书发行的机构。总分店经理室以下设发行部、研究室
、人事室、计划财务室和秘书室。
