    １９４２年２月建立，科长张笠
吾、李向群，下设教材组、通俗读物组、会刊组。其任务主要是编辑出版小学
课本、冬学教材及通俗读物，同时编辑出版《教师之友》、《儿童之友》等刊
物。１９４３年春节时编审科并入省文协编辑部。１９４４年春恢复为山东省
战时行政委员会教育处编审科，仍担负编辑出版小学、冬学教材及几种刊物的
任务。
