    １９４５年９月建于费县梁丘，经理张治，副经理王锦堂，
全店２０余人。设有批发股、邮购股、栈务股、门市股、编辑室。辖曲阜分店
和滋阳、邹县、泗水、平邑、费县、麓水、赵钅甫寸、临城、峄县、枣庄
、运河、台儿庄１２个支店，主要发行山东新华书店出版的图书。１９４７年
，由于国民党重点进攻山东，移至渤海区。次年底，因行政区划调整而撤销。
