    １９４２年春创办于滨海区莒南县十字路镇，由大众日报社领导
。经理潘寿卿，开办时只有３人，以后发展到８人。书局职工、老红军何立生
，４０多岁，三等残废，经常骑自行车下乡送书，并帮助农民干活，受到群众
的欢迎和好评。书局经营的图书主要是毛泽东著作单篇本和整风文献等干部理
论学习读物，也有《李有才板话》、《小二黑结婚》等文艺书籍。１９４４年
７月，并入山东新华书店。
