    １９４１年６月开业于博山大街银子市。由莱芜人李智芳、李智
善、方秀轩３人合资开办，资金约３０００元，经营书籍、文具。该店曾为八
路军采办过纸张、钢笔。同年１１月，日本侵略军以私通八路军为由将该店查
封，李智善、方秀轩被捕（李智芳适值外出），关押４个月，资金损失２００
０元，遂破产。
