    １９３３年１月，中共莱芜县委鹁鸽楼联络点被敌人破环，县委
派王其仁在莱芜鲁西街建立该书局，开展党的地下活动。王其仁、刘夏峰等自
筹资金，由青岛等地购进图书和文具，以走乡串学卖书作掩护，从事党的秘密
联络工作。他们先后与７０余所小学、１５０多个村庄的地下党员接上了关系
。１９３５年底，因环境恶化，被迫停业。
