    １９２８年创办于青岛市平原路中段，创办人邓恩铭。店内无柜
台，只用书架和书台，陈列各种进步书刊，任读者自由选购和阅读。店员３人
，对读者极为热情。为防止当局查禁，所售许多书刊翻口均未裁切。当时平原
路是中国共产党在青岛的活动基地之一，敌人对这一地段控制甚严，不久，书
店转移到即墨路营业。１９２９年９月，曾发行进步作家王统照主编的《青潮
月刊》。１９３１年前后停业。
