    １９２３年开业于潍县城东门里路南，系由北关学校教员陈鹤亭
集资２０００元所办。店员多时８人，少时２人。主要经营中华书局、商务印
书馆、世界书局、开明书店出版的一般图书和课本。开业头５年生意兴隆。１
９３０年前后，当地又有几家书店开业，打破了该局独家经营课本的局面，业
务量大减。１９３７年底，日军侵占潍县城，学校多已解散，外欠款收不上来
，损失２０００多元。原有教科书、刊物被列为违禁品，存书多被焚毁或作废
纸处理，资金损失达８０％以上。为此，便改营文具，兼营少量书刊，生意日
渐萧条，１９４９年停业。
