    １９７９年６月成立，地址在济南市经五路１３７号，
隶属济南市第一轻工业局。研究项目以印刷版材为主，为全市印刷工业的发展
和改造服务。１９８１年１０月，济南印刷七厂并入，成为实验车间，对外承
印商标业务，以生产养科研。１９８７年，有生产设备７８台，职工２５４人
，其中科研人员２０人。几年中，研制了ＰＶＡ感光树脂版，复合式静电吸附
带及多种胶体材料。１９８７年总产值２２０万元。所长郝庆成。
