    又称铜锌版制版，书刊中的插图须用此法完成。７０年
代以前，普遍采用红粉（松香粉）腐蚀法制作锌版。７０年代初，各大印刷厂
普遍采用无粉腐蚀机，使腐蚀制版时间由半小时缩为７分钟左右。１９７９年
，山东省印刷技术研究所与山东新华印刷厂合作，开始研究ＰＶＡ固体感光树
脂版，１９８２年下半年投入小批量涂版，并上机试验。在拿到阴图底片后，
只需六七分钟就能制得一块印版，不象照相铜锌版制作需要三四小时，其使用
寿命比铅版、锌版高数倍，一般耐印率可达５０万印，且图文清晰度好。
