    初名恒兴印刷厂，建于１９４６年，地址设在桓台，
厂长高允鹏，副厂长高廷成，直属桓台县政府领导。有石印机６台，脚蹬子铅
印机１台，职工６０多名。１９４８年５月，恒兴印刷厂移交索镇新华书店即
渤海新华书店三分店，改称索镇新华书店印刷厂，傅效宗兼任经理，主要任务
是承印本地区使用的教科书。１９４９年，全国大城市相继解放，教科书不用
地方编印，该厂撤销。
