    １９４６年夏，由青岛特别市政府人事处长芮麟及其妻黄哲渊
在自己寓所青岛观象二路７号创办。夫妇二人既是总编，又是编辑、作者，利
用业余时间编写书稿。该社出版的图书已查到的有十几种，有芮麟著的《莽苍
苍行》、《青岛游记》、《中原旅行记》、《三十年自记》、《山左十日记》
、《东南环游记》，黄哲渊著的《产妇日记》、《离乱十年》、《中国女子教
育新论》等，另外还编辑出版了《青声月刊》。１９４９年停办。
