    １９２５年７月建于济南布政司小街路北省公署内。系山东
督军张宗昌开办，隶属山东军民两署，为官办印刷机构，局长毛希蒙（第二十
七方面联合军团印务处处长），下设总务科、营业科、工务科。有胶印机２台
，石印机２台，电动机２台，各种铅印机１０台，打洞机１５台，划线、烫金
、钉书、浇版、铸字、裁纸机等机械８７台，职工２１１名，独揽军民两署印
刷业务。印刷的书刊有《李紫垣致张忠武公书》、《山东全省职员录》、《山
东公报》、《山东教育周刊》、《山东自治周刊》、《山东财政周刊》、《山
东实业公报》等。
