办于胶县西门外太平街。经理王介甫，副经理薛凤武（国民党县党部委员）。
该社石印机、铅印机齐备，既有政治靠山，又有广阔财路，营业颇为兴隆。１
９３３年曾印制《增修胶志》５５卷。建国后实行公私合营。
