    民国初年，端木士泉与聊城三师、聊城二中校长合作，筹资７
００银元创办，地址在聊城城里，负责人端木士泉。拥有石印机３台，还从事
少量雕版印刷，主要业务是承印各学校讲义。１９２５年印过当地作者王鹭洲
所著《圣迹贤躅记》８卷。１９３５年，以铅印代替石印。１９３８年，日本
人侵占聊城，因该局印过抗战宣传品，端木士泉被逮捕，虽花４０００银元斡
旋后被释放，但该局就此停业。
