    光绪年间创办于济南后宰门街，由工艺局总办沈景臣与吴璧臣
各出白银５０两创办。有石印机１台，职工２０余人，并在上海聘请技师。以
印刷《简报》为主，因此又名简报馆。１９０４年（光绪三十年）印《和声鸣
盛》、《地理白话》等书。
