    １９４６年１２月１日在临沂独树头创刊，由山东省青联编辑，
山东新华书店出版。１９４８年４月出至２２期停刊整顿，１９４９年１月改
名为《群众文化》继续出版。负责人先后为王照华、王若望、戈阳，编辑有王
若望、叶联森、宋镜蓉等。
    该刊的任务，是专门帮助庄户人在文化上翻身。
    该刊辟有时事政治、救护常识、军事常识、卫生常识、文字学习、历史故
事、大众信箱等栏目。
