    １９３８年７月１日在淄博创刊，是临淄县三大队政治处宣传科主办
的不定期综合刊物。同年９月１８日改由八路军山东游击队第三支队十团政治
部宣传科主办。出版了７期，１９３８年１１月停刊。
    该刊主要内容是介绍中国共产党抗日救国主张，论述抗日必胜、日本侵略
军必败、全民抗战、兵民是胜利之本的道理，讲解游击战术，报道抗战新闻，
揭露日本侵略军暴行，宣传根据地民主建设活动等。
    该刊文章体裁多样，有诗歌、漫画、游记、通讯、专论、战士的话及抗战
歌曲等。
