    １９４３年５月１日在济南南关朝阳街２１号创刊，由伪中国青
年月刊社编辑出版。１９４４年出至２卷１２期期次另起，１９４５年出至第
３卷６期停刊。
    该刊声称其任务是：“探讨中外学术思想，观摩东西文化技术，以求东方
精神之发展，中日文化彻底沟通”。主要刊载政治、经济、戏剧、美术、音乐
等方面的各种评论、创作、译著等。
