    １９４１年３月在济南创刊，由伪济南安清道义会编辑出版，
山东新民报印刷局印刷，同年９月出至７期停刊。
    该刊声称其任务是：“应时势之需要，为文化之前锋，以站在兴亚反共最
前线上，领导同道群众，向新时代前程迈进。”该刊在征稿启事中提出：“道
义要理、时局论文、民众生活常识、漫画及富于反共兴亚趣味的民间情歌故事
、掌故及小品文学均所欢迎。”
