    １９３９年１０月在济南创刊，由伪山东省文化教育委员会编辑
出版。１９４２年出至３卷１２期停刊。１９４３年９月１日改为《山东文教
》重新出版。该刊以“建设东亚新秩序，从事和平运动，以渐蕲世界之大同”
为宗旨。其内容有教育论文、教育问题研究、文艺作品、其他文化教育问题撰
著等。
