    １９４７年２月在鲁南滋阳创刊，半月刊，为鲁南国民党政府创
办的反动刊物。该刊声称其办刊宗旨是：“发挥集思广益的精神，在剿共复员
建国的方针下，做深切的研究和探讨，以求充实我们的力量，严整我们的阵容
，齐一我们的步伐，使党政军团各部门，密切协调，精诚合作，共同致力于剿
灭共党绥靖地方的任务。”该刊现存１至３期。
