    是国民党山东省政府主席韩复榘所办进德会的会刊。１９３５年
８月创刊于济南经七路。每期发行１０００至２０００册，行销全国各地。该
刊社长由进德会总干事郭清甫兼任，总编辑由文书股主任干事董绶青兼任。从
第２卷起建设厅秘书段凌辰、张敬民分别兼任总编辑，董绶青改兼副总编辑。
该刊以“发扬德、行，宣传艺术文化，报道分会工作为宗旨”，刊登论文、诗
歌、戏剧、漫画、公牍，介绍各县名胜古迹、特产、风尚习俗、县府人员经历
等。１９３７年“七七”事变后停刊，共出２４期。
