记任国祯兼任。不定期。１９３０年１１月２１日停刊。已查到１至３期。

    该刊是中共山东省委用以教育党员的理论刊物，刊登过《到群众中去》、
《防止党内的清谈》、《省委给潍县中心县委的指示信》、《省委给广饶县委
的指示信》等。
