    １９０３年（光绪二十九年）由山东巡抚周馥创
办，地址在济南西门里小沧街路北。济南汇报馆编辑出版。５日刊，３２开线
装本，是报道中外政治、军事、外交、经济、文化动态的综合性期刊。
    该刊例分１０门，每期稿件内容均在８门以上。以第５期为例，即有诏令
集、五洲近事汇编、海岱丛谈、经世文抄、教学杂篆、专件、东政辑要、杂俎
等８个栏目。该刊１至１１期为木版印刷，１２至３４期为铅印本，３５至４
４期为石印本。“每期零售京钱１５０文，订购全年６４期库平银三两六钱，
有闰加算，外埠加邮费二钱六分”。
