山东农学院园艺系编著，１９７８年１０月山东科学技术出版社出版。
    该书是在总结山东省蔬菜生产经验和科研成果的基础上，吸取外省市的一
些好经验，借鉴国外的部分资料编写而成的。
    内容包括蔬菜育苗、优良品种和栽培技术、大棚和温室栽培技术 、主要病
虫害防治、蔬菜品种选育和良种繁育等。该书内容广泛，技术具体实用，针对
性强，普及与提高相结合，对促进山东蔬菜生产起到了一定作用。该书重印７
次，累计印数１３。２４万册。
